We set our tables with “Holy Oil” for dipping our house baked breads. Acqua di Panna and San Pellegrino water is available upon request. We seek only the finest ingredients and prepare our food with solid techniques for the purest form.

The Veal Chop:
Our house specialty, this milk fed Wisconsin raised young cattle that I have found to be the best in the country. This is a double cut natural chop made famous by Alla Famiglia. Prepared your choice of:

Milanese…The “elephant ear” is paddled, pan fried in clarified butter, baked in the oven, finished with kernels of colossal lump crab, toasted pignoli, lemon scallion butter    $65

Pizzaiola…Lightly braised to a medium temperature with house sausage, sweet and hot peppers, onions and plum tomato sauce with provolone    $60

Griglia…Grilled to a medium temperature.  With colossal lump crab and asparagus cream    $65

Filet Mignon Gorgonzola…True center cut, roasted over hot coals. Char-grilled and finished with a sweet pepper gorgonzola cream and port wine reduction    $54

Bistecca Diane…This Prime aged sirloin is Chef Jonathan’s favorite steak. All the flavor of a sirloin with a great texture. Chargrilled and presented with caramelized onions and wild mushrooms in a light Worcestershire butter, finished with shaved locatelli    $44

Seafood Diavolo…South African lobster tail, scallops, clams, mussels, colossal lump crab, shrimp, hot peppers, tomatoes, Alla Famiglia style    $54

Spots ala Anglaise…Mild Black Bass fillets crumb coated and oven broiled. Presented with kernels of colossal lump crab, toasted pignoli, and a sage beurre noisette    $48

Swordfish Marechiaro…Chargrilled center cut, presented with black tiger shrimp and P.E.I. mussels. Finished with hot and sweet peppers, onions, and a spicy plum tomato brodo    $50

King Salmon Ghiotto…Northern Atlantic King Salmon will be char-grilled and presented with Indonesian blue crab kernels, pine nuts, steeped raisins, tomatoes, capers & finished in a lemon garlic evoo    $46

N.Y. Strip Fiorentina…21 day dry aged N.Y. Strip. Char-grilled, presented with roasted peppers, roasted potatoes, topped with rosemary lemon butter and shaved Locatelli Romano   $56


All entree pastas are hand crafted on site by Arcobaleno machines.

All secondi corso entrees are served with a family style house insalata of romaine, red leaf, roasted beets, raisins, sunflower seeds and an aioli from a local goat cheese farm & a primi corso of fusilli ala vodka.
